Wanda wasn't as concerned about Bucky losing control. It could be the case, but she was confident in her own abilities now as well as figured he would at least give her some sort of notice or warning if something was happening to him. All she wanted was for him to her himself, much like she just wanted to feel something, too. Something that wasn't this weight she had been carrying around since Thanos was destroyed, something that has only gotten bigger as of late.
But Bucky didn't know that part of her. She didn't have to explain the grief and trauma. He lived his own. So it was nice to just melt into the kiss, let his hands roam over her body. She gave in easily enough, only opening his eyes when he separated to speak.
