Reinhardt Wilhelm | Overwatch

This mess we're in
His head is killing him. It's a lot going on all at once. All that information floods in. He clutches the side of his head with one meaty hand, trying to make any sort of sense of this at all. In the end, it's a lot. It's a whole lot for a person to take in at one time, so Reinhardt does what he does best. He picks the one thing he can latch onto. He hears the whisper of Glory coming from Ceannasach. Glory and Honor and Strength. But he knows that there is also a strength in serving others. A knight is meant to serve and the greatest glory is to be a shield for others.

His thoughts, projected are as large and bombastic as the man himself. There is no concern for himself or his own predicament in this moment. No worry about what might await him in this place. There is only the powerful desire to be of help, to be a hero.

That is why he seeks out those that look the most lost. The ones that might be unsure of the pathway Southward. He'll approach, a massive smile on his face, his loud voice booming. "Do you wish someone to accompany you? I feel as if we need to head this way, but I feel it might be safer if we go together!"

DANCING BAREFOOT
The dance in the square reminds Reinhard a lot of some of the festivals he had seen in Bavaria as a very young boy. The colors and the music are warming even if there's the lurid undertones of the rumors. He knows there's very little chance of someone like him winning such a prize. It's ludicrous. But he also knows what it is to be poor and to live in a van, surviving on the charity of those he's helped. Fifty can go a very long way if he's smart and careful about it.

So in the center of all those beautiful young people is a huge man in his sixties, dancing like no one is watching. There's a energetic abandon to him. He should be embraced but instead, Reinhardt is DadDancing like he's at his daughter's wedding. But it's no fun to do this alone. He boldly goes up to anyone that looks like they might not want to participate and hold out a massive hand. "Come! I'll split the spoils with you!"

IS THIS DESIRE?
[When has he ever listened to anything anyone said about not doing anything? Someone tells him Don't Go Into the Creepy Forest, there's no way he's not going to do just that! Does it matter that he's read all the Fairy Tales and should know better? It does not. No, he's still going to walk through the glowing trees, gawking at the pure magic of this place.

It's not scary. It really is like he's stepped into a story.

He laughs, voice echoing as he reaches the tree. He places his hand on the trunk with a grin.

Only thing that is missing is the glass coffin and the princess.

[That story should mean he would want to avoid those apples, but they look amazing. He doesn't go for the ones down low, instead, he reaches up as high as he can to get the fruit seldom picked without climbing. One for now, some for later.

When he hears someone coming from into the woods towards him, he turns, blind side towards the tree, hand still reached high, an apple or three in the crook of his arm already. His expression is a bit guilty, like he's been caught in the cookie jar.]

Don't worry. I'm leaving a bulk of them.

[ooc: Reinhardt's Kink List is right here. He also has an Opt Out as he is a little older than most characters]
