Sansa feels arousal pulling at her but it's different this time than it had been when he had only used his hand. Being filled up caused that emptiness to subside and she just rocks with his rhythm and tries to enjoy herself without moving quickly and trying to end it too early.

She lifts her own hands to her breasts to cup them, trying to see if she can replicate what he'd been doing to them earlier. It isn't quite as good but it's good enough so she thinks it's worth adding to everything else.
